Sereni-tea Herbal Tea

“Sereni-tea” herbal tea is our world play on exactly what it sounds like; serenity.

Curated with that word in mind, there’s a beautiful blend of herbs to boost serotonin, decrease anxiety, decrease stress, balance hormones, relax muscles and equip you with an all around gentle calming effect.

This tea is ideal for anyone experiencing high anxiety, stress, even postpartum symptoms, looking for balance.

As always, with any herbal supplements, before starting a regimen or mixing with medications, consult with your primary doctor. Not recommended for pregnant women as some herbs can induce uterine contractions causing preterm labor.

Tea consists of 100% organically sourced chamomile, motherwort, lemon verbena, lemon balm, skullcap, St. John’s Wort, red raspberry leaf, hops flowers, oatstraw, nettle, bilberry leaf, aloe vera leaf and hibiscus flowers.

 🥄 1-2 Tablespoons of loose leaf herbs to 8-10 ounces of water. If you want to add tea, Rooibos is fantastic with this blend.

♨️ Best water temperature is 212°F

🫖 Let steep no longer than 5 minutes.

🍯 Enjoy with honey, to taste.
