How we began..

Ruff Love & Company was originally created with our three whippets in mind in Northeast Pennsylvania. They play rough but love with their whole hearts. We started out with custom dog collars in standard and martingale options, in addition to reversible tie bandanas and home essentials. We wanted flare and functionality, to show their personalities.

Recently we have added holistic options to the store. As we try to avoid the unnecessary chemicals and toxins, we are exposed to every day for ourselves, we expect the same for our fur kids too. It just seems to be exceedingly difficult to find things without those harmful ingredients. In addition, I hate spending an hour at the store reading labels, in a trip that should be fifteen minutes. Que, holistic remedies from Ruff Love & Company; and the best part? -- they're not just for the pups. You will find items here for you as well!

Store Policies:

Shipping: Items ordered in inventory will be shipped out next business day. If you are ordering an item that needs to be made, or is custom, we ask for a 3 business days expectation, and would be shipped on the following business day. We will ship out on Saturday, if available. Costs are available to you at checkout.

Returns: Returns are accepted on our craft products. If something is not to your standard, a return would be accepted within 30 days. This would be on a customer basis depending on the issue. We will do our very best to fix the issue or replace an item if needed.

Returns are not accepted on holistic items, due to the food grade nature. If you have an issue, please reach out to us, so we can guide you to the best resolution.

Please remember, especially with holistic remedies, these items do take time to build up to the benefits intended. Herbs, herbal remedies, salves and tinctures do not act like traditional medicine.
