Organic Burn Salve

Let’s face it, burns happen. They're certainly no fun and I’m not sure about you, but I do everything I can to heal up quickly.

This salve is made with olive and coconut oil that’s been infused with plantain, calendula and lavender.

Plantain is great herb that helps reduce inflammation and aids in the process of healing wounds. 

Calendula is a beautiful flower packed with benefits. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties. The beautifully vibrant petals are full of flavonoids which can help reduce pain, swelling and inflammation. It’s anti-inflammatory, antifungal and contains carotenoids which are antioxidants that help skin cells regenerate. All of these properties make this a very helpful healer with many diverse benefits. Primarily is great for skin irritation and provides relief. 

Lavendar is a beautifully fragrant herb that not only has that fantastic calming smell, but it also aids in inflammation reduction. Not to mention, when you use high quality therapeutic grade essential oils (like we do, wink wink*) true lavender is an excellent harmonizing oil and is highly regarded for its ability to calm the nervous system and regenerate skin.

Made with organic herbs, organic oils and organic beeswax. Vitamin E added to keep fresh. 

Salve is shelf stable, up to 18 months, however keeping in the fridge, not only will keep it fresher longer, but in a burn situation, the cooling effect will also add an additional benefit.
